Wes is a 3rd generation Landman who began his career in 2011 with TCO Land Services. Wes later joined Bill Barrett Corporation assisting with the integration and management of their DJ Basin assets. Among his responsibilities, Wes managed brokers and initiated land trades and sales for the Company. In 2015, Wes joined Great Northern Gas Company working alongside his family to identify and pursue investment opportunities in the oil and gas sector. Today, he leads Great Northern Energy, a company built on the same core investment strategies. Wes attended the University of Colorado, where he studied Finance, Accounting, and Economics. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, mountain biking and skiing.

Gillian graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado at Boulder. After residing in Dallas, Texas, she returned to Denver, Colorado, in 2018 to begin her career in the oil and gas industry. She initially joined Reagan Resources as a Title Coordinator and in 2021, she transitioned to Great Northern Energy. At GNE, Gillian works as a Landman on the mineral buying team, focusing on title analysis and lead generation. In her free time, Gillian enjoys spending time with her family, as well as golfing, playing tennis, and pursuing her interests in fashion and interior design.

Justin is a graduate of Western Colorado University with a degree in Energy Management, and brings over a decade of experience in the oil and gas industry. He began his career as a Landman in Denver, Colorado, working with Exploration and Production companies. Justin has played a key role in various high-value transactions, including mineral acquisitions and large-scale leasing efforts in the Rocky Mountain Region. His dynamic personality and expertise enable him to successfully collaborate with diverse stakeholders to achieve common objectives. In his free time, Justin enjoys golfing, snowboarding, and spending time with his English Bulldog, Hashbrown.
